By typing my name above, I hereby attest that I am the homeowner of the above named property and that, as homeowner, I hereby give approval to Storm Pros VA to fly an Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone) within the boundaries of my named property for the purpose of documenting the existing condition of my roof from an aerial view. The aerial survey and documentation will occur within approximately one week from the date of this form, weather permitting. Due to the limited time of approximately ten to twenty minutes for this activity, I acknowledge I will not be notified in advanced and approve the flight to take place in my absence. Upon completion of the flight, I will receive verification of the flight and documentation of the condition of my roof from a Storm Pros VA project manager.
